How long will Scalp Micropigmentation last?

The human head has an astounding 2000 follicles per square inch. Not shocking then that it typically takes a minimum of three sittings to realise the final anticipated look on a mainly bald head. As part of our meticulous, results-focused method, we apply a lighter pigment during treatment number 1. Session 2 sees us adjust to obtain a flawless match (sometimes using even 3-4 pigment shades to get the perfect result) whilst adding density and the crucial blend into the natural hairline. In subsequent sessions we focus on completing the appearance and adding detail.

How many sessions do I require

For repetitive treatments, we offer 3 sessions as a typical bundle and this is the number of sessions included in your quote. The first session will last 2 to 5 hours depending on the extent of your hair loss and thickness you want.

The second sitting will take place 7 to 10 days after your first session and will also last around 2 to 5 hours. This is where we take your feedback and add more density to your look. We can also make additional variations at this point if essential. The consultant will converse this with you.

The third sitting will be around 4 weeks after the second session. This gives your scalp time to recuperate and for the treatment to settle. Short breaks can be taken through the treatment session and your consultant will ask if you require breaks during your treatment, otherwise if you need a break just let the consultant know. Final touch ups will be done at this sitting.

Is there a guarantee?

The procedure is not very painful at all, there is more of an annoyance and some tenderness. On a scale of 1-10 it is around 4.
