PRE APPOINTMENT BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BEFORE ANY APPOINTMENT WILL BE MADE, THESE TERMS SHALL APPLY:
For us to proceed with the booking, we kindly request the following information:
- Full names of all attendee/s
- Email addresses/s for each attendee/s
- Contact phone number/s for attendee/s
- Please email us the voucher
- Completed medical history form
- Completed Fitzpatrick form
Please be aware that if you have received or are planning to receive the Covid jab, we cannot provide any treatment for a minimum period of 2 weeks.
Please note have provided you with all and most recent availability. Please note everyone automatically goes on the cancelation list an if something sooner becomes avabale we let everyone know.
For laser hair removal and Laser tattoo removal, the initial appointment is solely for a patch test. If you are having laser tattoo removal please reply with images of the tattoo.
The expiration date specified refers to the redemption date, not the date of attendance.
All bookings, changes to bookings, or cancellations must be made via email, with a minimum notice period of 48 hours.
Kindly note that deals are limited to one per person and exclusively for new customers.
To secure a reservation, redemption or full payment is required. Regrettably, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances for direct purchases once payment has been made and appointments have been scheduled.
For specific treatments such as Microblading, laser tattoo removal, HIFU, Plasma Fibroblast, and laser hair removal types V and V1, certain skin types may not be suitable as per the Fitzpatrick skin typing. We have enclosed a form for you to complete and inform us of your skin type. If you are unsure please complete the form and refer to the visual image aid provided.
If you attend the appointment and are deemed unsuitable for treatment based on the skin typing assessment, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. This is the same terms of the medical form results.
Furthermore, irrespective of the treatment chosen, if you have a history of any medical conditions listed on the medical history form or are taking prescribed medications, you must provide a GP letter confirming your suitability for the treatment. If there is something that is not listed, please advise us immediately. The gp must write a letter to state that they are happy for you to have the treatment. Without this the treatment cannot proceed, and will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking if you attend without supplying this. The letter must state that the GP is happy for you to go ahead and have the requested treatment.
To ensure the best possible outcome, please refrain from using any herbal or facial products for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the scheduled treatment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the appointment and will not be eligible for a refund or rebooking. This includes facials no products at all for a min of 14 days prior.
In the case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, no treatment can be administered until at least 6 weeks after the cessation of breastfeeding.
Please note that you must not undergo any other treatments within 4 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment, as this may affect the treatment’s suitability, and therefore not eligible for a refund or rebooking.
We can not treat anyone under the age of 18 or permit entry for anyone under the age of 18.
As we are a private clinic when you attend you must attend alone please, and arrive only 5 mins before the time of your actual appointment.
Please be advised that we have offered all the soonest dates and times that we have. Please supply us with at least 2 that would potentially suit. We get around 50 emails to book a day and answer them in chronological order thus if we do not have your first choice date then we can hopefully allocate the 2nd or 3rd choice. We do however also have a cancelation list so please let us know if you want to be added to that.
Should you have any reason preventing you from attending, please be aware that the standard terms and conditions will apply.
For training, monitoring, and quality assurance purposes, your consultation may be audio and video recorded. These recordings help us ensure the highest standards of care, clarify treatment discussions, and support staff development.
By attending your appointment, you acknowledge and agree that audio and video of your consultation may be recorded. All recordings are handled securely and in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Right to Refuse Treatment & Transfer of Remaining Balance
London Body Centre reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or postpone treatment at any time where deemed necessary. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Abuse, inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct towards staff
- The emergence or disclosure of medical conditions that contraindicate treatment
- Failure to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions
- Any external or unforeseen circumstances that make treatment unsafe or inappropriate
Where treatment cannot proceed for the above reasons, and where a course or package has already commenced, the remaining unused balance will not be refunded.
However, at management’s discretion, the client may be offered the opportunity to transfer the remaining balance to another individual of their choosing.
If transferred:
- The gifted balance must be used for the same or equivalent treatment category.
- The transferred balance will be valid for 12 months from the date of transfer.
- The original client relinquishes all rights to the remaining balance once transferred.
This policy ensures fairness while maintaining the safety, wellbeing, and professional standards of the clinic.

Dear Client,
Thank you for booking with London Body Centre. Please carefully read all the information below before attending your appointment, as failure to comply with these requirements may result in your treatment being cancelled and your voucher or session marked as used.
1. Health and Safety
- If you have had, or are due to have, the Covid-19 vaccination, you must not undergo treatment for a minimum of 2 weeks post-vaccination.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, treatment cannot take place until 6 weeks after breastfeeding has ceased.
- If you have any medical conditions or are taking prescribed medication listed on our medical history form, you must provide a GP letter confirming suitability for treatment. Without this, your appointment will be cancelled and your voucher/session marked as used.
- The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.
- I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time prior or during the procedure being performed.
- Please discontinue use of all facial products, herbal supplements, or other supplements at least 3 weeks before treatment.
- You must not have undergone any other treatments within 4 weeks prior to your appointment.
- If you have had a recent holiday or will be travelling, you must not be treated for 2 weeks post-travel and must not travel for 2 weeks following any treatment.
- You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to provide consent for your treatment.
- Please note this is your agreement that you understand that although sterile techniques and infection control procedures are followed, there remains a small risk of infection with any procedure involving injections.
- I acknowledge that cosmetic treatments are not an exact science, and no guarantees or assurances have been made regarding the outcome of the treatment.
- The practitioner and clinic shall not be held responsible for adverse outcomes arising from: failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions, inaccurate or incomplete medical history provided by the client, undisclosed medical conditions or medications, lifestyle factors outside the practitioner’s control.
- Clinical photographs may be taken for medical documentation and treatment monitoring. Images will be stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
- Any treatment required to manage complications, including medical consultation, prescription medication, or referral to a medical professional, may incur additional costs which are not included in the treatment fee.
2. Finding the Venue

We do not provide parking, however:
- There is a large Aldi supermarket opposite with free 1.5-hour parking.
- All surrounding streets offer free on-street parking.
3. Pre-Treatment Instructions
Please follow the below instructions relevant to your treatment type:
EMLA Numbing Cream (Apply 1 hour pre-treatment)
Required for:
- All aesthetic injectable treatments
- Microblading
- Powder/Ombre Eyebrows
- Plasma Fibroblast
- PRP
- Carboxytherapy
❌ Do not apply for laser treatments.
Patch Testing
You must self-administer a patch test behind the ear at least 72 hours before treatment.
This applies to all laser and skin-based treatments.
Facials
Do not use any products or supplements for 1 week prior to treatment.
If you do, your treatment will not proceed, and your session will be marked as used.
PRP
Drink a minimum of 2 litres of water 30 minutes before your appointment and do not use the restroom immediately before treatment.
4. Treatment Suitability
For Microblading, HIFU, Plasma Fibroblast, Laser Hair Removal, and Laser Tattoo Removal, clients with Fitzpatrick skin types V and VI are not suitable for treatment.
If you attend and are found unsuitable according to your skin type, your voucher/session will be marked as used, and no refund or rebook will be available.
If you attend and there is any medical conditions of medicationm taken that there is no supporting GP letter gthe treatment will not go ahead and there is no refumd or re book.
The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.
You may withdraw your consent at any time prior or during the procedure being performed.
5. Treatment Intervals
- Laser Tattoo Removal: Minimum 6 weeks apart
- Laser Hair Removal: Every 2–4 weeks
- Facials: Minimum 2 weeks apart
- Laser Lipo: Minimum 48 hours apart
- Non-Surgical Breast/Butt Enhancement: Minimum 48 hours apart
6. Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- Anyone 10 minutes or more late will not be treated, and the session/voucher will be marked as used (non-refundable and non-rebook able).
- One date change is permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice via email only (weekends excluded).
- All bookings, cancellations, or changes must be made in writing via email.
- Failure to attend, late cancellation, or lateness will result in your session being void and marked as used.
- All direct payment bookings and deposits are final and non-refundable.

Please note: All bookings are only confirmed following receipt of your completed forms and final approval by our clinical team. Once an appointment has been reviewed, approved, and confirmed, it is deemed a formal booking despite of full payment or deposit paid. As such, no refunds will be issued once an appointment has been confirmed.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that genuine emergencies can occur.
If you can provide verifiable proof of an emergency (e.g., hospital admission, accident, or other documented event), management will review your case, and a discretionary exception to the 48-hour cancellation policy may be considered.
Please note this is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
7. Clinic and Communication Policy
- Due to high demand, all communications are via email only — phone lines are not monitored.
- Children under 16 are not permitted inside the clinic due to laser and equipment hazards.
- Please attend alone.
- We operate CCTV throughout the premises for safety and quality assurance.
- For training and monitoring purposes, consultations may be audio and video recorded. By attending, you consent to this in accordance with UK data protection law.
8. Important Notes
- We are not a beauty salon.
- London Body Centre is a medical-grade skin and aesthetics clinic operating by appointment only for pre-qualified clients.
- Please follow all pre- and post-care instructions diligently to ensure your safety and treatment effectiveness.
